At Milap Trend, we take pride in delivering premium ethnic-fusion wear, supported by stringent quality checks at every stage. To maintain transparency, fairness, and a seamless shopping experience, we request you to carefully review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy before placing an order.
1. Returns & Refunds

No Returns / Refunds for Disliking
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike, or expectations related to color, fabric, fit, or design. -
Refunds in Exceptional Cases Only
Refunds are processed strictly in cases of major fault from our end, such as:-
Wrong product delivered

Severe manufacturing defect
All such cases are subject to verification through clear and valid evidence.

2. Exchanges

Hassle-Free Size Exchange
Only size exchanges are allowed for the same product. -
Article Exchange
If the requested size of the same product is unavailable, an exchange with another article of similar value may be offered at our discretion. -
Condition of Garment
Products must be:-
Unused and unwashed

Free from stains, damage, or odors
-
With original tags and packaging intact
-
3. RTO (Return to Origin) & Reshipping Charges
If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
-
Incorrect contact number
-
Customer unavailable at delivery
-
Refusal to accept delivery
A ₹99 reshipping charge must be paid to resend the order.
Exceptions:
This charge may be waived only in genuine cases such as natural calamities, unavoidable accidents, or verified logistics errors.
4. Refunds in RTO / Doorstep Cancellations
In case of refunds initiated after RTO or doorstep cancellation:

A deduction of ₹149 will be applied from the paid amount

Payment gateway and processing fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the product clearly) is mandatory for:

Size exchange requests

Wrong or defective product claims
-
Missing items or package tampering
Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
6. Additional Policies

Color & Print Disclaimer
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution and will not be considered defects. -
Handcrafted / Printed Disclaimer
Minor irregularities in prints, embroidery, or stitching are inherent to handcrafted garments and are not considered defects. -
Exchange / Refund Window
Requests must be raised within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery via email or WhatsApp with proper proof. Delayed requests will not be accepted. -
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases where the fault is from our side. -
COD Orders
Milap Trend reserves the right to restrict COD services for customers with repeated RTO or doorstep cancellation history. -
Final Sale Items
Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
